I was just talking abo...I am so proud of you, Lisa! I was just talking about how much I LOVE running in the cold and how much I miss it out here. It does get chilly in Berkeley, but I miss the blast of really cold air into my lungs during long winter runs in New England. I have had some of my best runs in the wintertime, even jumping over snow piles in the midst of it. The only thing you really should caution yourself over is the ice. Ice is scary. Period. Fortunately, NYC does not tend to ice over as bad as it does in Boston, so I doubt it will muck up your training too much. <br /><br />Anywho, I miss you and I am still uber proud of your awesomeness.
